I absolutely love these delicious protein guilt-free brownies! The perfect way to tame those chocolate cravings!
1/2 cup of oil
1/2 cup of Almond / gluten free flour
1 medium banana
1/3 cup of Cocoa
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
3 large eggs
2 scoops of chocolate whey protein powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of xylitol or honey
1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
Whisk wet ingredients until light and fluffy. Sift dry ingredients into a separate bowl. Slowly fold in the egg mix.
Line a grease proof dish with baking paper or oil.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180C degrees.
Add warm honey and cocoa and drizzle over!
