Ingredients
  1. 2 large eggs
  2. 1 medium-sized avocado
  3. 3 tbsp butter (room temperature)
  4. 2-3 tbsp Almond/ Macadamia Nut butter
  5. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  6. 1 pinch salt
  7. 1/4 cup xylitol/ coconut palm sugar/honey
  8. 1/4 cup cacao powder
  9. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  10. 1/2 cup raw cacao nibs/ coconut/ almonds/ macadamia nuts (keep half to sprinkle on top
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180c
  2. Line a medium-sized square oven dish with grease proof paper
  3. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor, blend until smooth, be careful not to over mix
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared oven dish and smooth out the mixture evenly
  5. Sprinkle leftover nuts/coconut/cacao nibs and pop into oven for 25minutes
  6. Remove and allow to cool before cutting into squares
  7. Place in the fridge to harden or store in an airtight container.
