Natural Beauty Anti-ageing Coffee Mask
Coffee has some amazing health benefits (read more here) but can also be used in your daily skincare routine too! Who knew that cup of mocha could reduce the premature signs of ageing and get rid of those tired morning eyes. Coffee is packed with antioxidants that fight off premature ageing caused by the sun, pollution and free radical damage. Coffee also has amazing anti-inflammatory properties and boosts circulation.
Step 1: Make a strong cup of filter coffee.
Step 2: Mix coffee grounds and with equal amounts of olive oil
Step 3: Apply coffee paste to your face, gently massage and leave on for 5minutes while you sip that morning cup ( gently apply beneath your eyes to reduce puffiness)
Step 4: Gently rinse with warm water!
