Guilt-free Pizza Recipe
I love my Italian food especially my pizza but like most, I can’t stand the bloat. If I’m going out and it’s cheat night I have to stay away from my skinny jeans. Most of my female clients complained of the same problem. I am sharing this awesome bloat-free, guilt-free pizza recipe! If you are looking for a fun Valentine’s date night why not make this with your special someone.
You are going to need the following ingredients:
one cauliflower head or cauliflower rice
1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
add to your taste preference parmesan cheese
oregano and salt
Add cauliflower head to a food processor or use cauliflower rice, add 1/2 cup mozzarella, parmesan, oregano, salt, garlic and 2 eggs mix together then press into a greaseproof dish. Bake for 20minutes at 180 degrees
Add 2-3 vegetables and 1 protein option drizzle with olive oil and place back into oven for another 10minutes
