In case you were wondering why there were two A’s…I just couldn’t leave one out so you might be surprised to find more than one post going forward!
Blueberries are packed with vitamin C making this delicious berry the number one ingredient in most anti-ageing beauty treatments. Vitamin C prevents skin damage caused by toxins, sun damage and pollution. Vitamin C found in blueberries could also improve your skin’s collagen’s ability to smooth out those unwanted wrinkles and even out your skin’s texture.
Blueberry Face Mask
This moisturising, anti-ageing mask will smooth your skin's appearance and give your skin back it's healthy glow!
- crushed blueberries
- Greek yoghurt
- olive oil
Add ingredients together into a small bowl and make a paste
Apply to skin and leave on for 10 minutes
Gently rinse with warm water and pat dry with a towel
Blueberries are a great way to add extra fibre to your diet and are perfect to snack on during the day and will keep you feeling full. Add to your daily breakfast bowl or try this tasty smoothie!
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 banana
- 200 ml Almond milk
- Place all ingredients into a blender
- Great tip! For a delicious breakfast smoothie bowl add half a cup of oats!
