With so many empty water bottles due to the water crisis in Cape Town, this is one way to recycle those bottles. Fill the bottles with sand or cement to increase the weight.
I have designed a quick and effective water bottle workout using your water bottle as a form of resistance. Fill a water bottle of choice according to your strength level. Remember you should be able to perform 15 repetitions with some resistance and you should be able to execute each exercise with perfect form and effort.
Remember to use water wisely and use other alternatives to freshen up after workouts!
Try to use dry shampoo and wipe down with wet wipes instead of hitting that shower!
